The work methodology consists of gathering information and analyzing the problem from different points of view in order to guarantee the best results. In this way, working in teams allows an orderly planning and the optimization of resources to the maximum.

We deepen the preliminary project by solving the construction details, elaborating the work file, structure plans, layouts, carpentry sheets, and installation plans. We work as a team with the engineers in order to have the structural, thermal and electrical calculations. In addition, calculations are made to define the budget of the materials and the trades involved.
Presentation before the different control entities of the necessary documentation to obtain all the construction and service connection permits (Architects Association, municipalities, energy entities).

The first assignment of our architecture studio in Madrid was precisely a house for some friends. Since then, fortunately, we have not stopped receiving housing commissions. Our clients are the best commercials. Our built works are our advertisements.
One house after another, we have been understanding and solving all the problems that families face when they undertake a process as architects in Madrid. We know perfectly well the steps we have to take, how to reduce unnecessary risks, how to make a once traumatic process finally a stage of life to enjoy, to remember.

Entering the laboratory to demolish prejudices in search of the true essence of things seems to be, in this model of the uncertain world we are facing, one of the most successful decisions of contemporaneity.
These two directions, where private commissions and academia merge in research, result in a series of examples that are hard to see as architecture in the conventional sense of the term; artifacts, machines of complex assembly and handcrafted production, and imperfect reactions to the contemporary megalopolis, populate the palette of works and projects that make up the imaginary of this Buenos Aires-based studio.

El concepto gastronómico argentino Fresco ha estrenado su cuarto local en Buenos Aires. Realizado por el estudio de diseño local Hitzig Militello Arquitectos, el restaurante de dos niveles fusiona una estética moderna e industrial, con un toque de influencia de los años 50.
